More often used by a man, but may be used by a woman as well for long letters or personal business letters. Your name and address may appear at the top of the sheet. The stationery retains a more personal look when only the name appears. Although not incorrect, a monogram is generally not used on a monarch sheet. Only the front of the sheet is written on, never the back. If additional space is needed, blank second sheets are used.
