The more complex technology comes into everyday usage, the more important the human touch becomes. A handwritten note of congratulations or thanks to a valued employee or client may gain you and your company more points than a raise or a gift. When the president or CEO of the company sends a congratulatory note or a note of thanks, it does NOT get typed by a secretary or sent out on company letterhead... the executive should write the note by hand on a correspondence card which has his or her name at the top and nothing else... the envelopes can be engraved or printed with a 2 line address.
